Jay does an excellent job of filtering out the prospects proactively. He is also very patient and goes the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction. I have bought few investment properties with Jay, and he does an excellent job of acquisition negotiation, follow up, and paying attention to details. I hightly recommend Jay Goyal as a RE broker. It was a great pleasure for me to work with Jay. He is a very skilled negotiator. In fact, I was willing to close the deal at a higher price but Jay insisted that he can get the price even lower. He was right. His negotiating skills helped me save good amount of money. Jay not only helped me by the property, but also was able to find a tenant within 1 week of closing. I am very impressed by Jay's services. 130 Belvidere
In May of 2010, I walked in to Mr. Goyal's office because I was in the process of buying a home. I met Mr. Goyal and was very impressed with his knowledge of real estate and investment income expertise. Mr. Goyal and I began looking at houses together. He was always polite, punctual, and friendly. I would recommend Mr. Goyal due to his honesty, process expertise and prompt responsiveness to a buyer's need. He was able to negotiate an offer I made on my home, which was accepted and in August 2010 I moved into my present home. Pat Jungers
I have been working with Jay for about 2 years as a rehab investor. He has been very proactive in finding the prospects and has been very diligent and patient in working with me. Jay is a complete package when it comes to a broker who is very knowledgeable with the local real estate market trend, interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills. He is a great team player and I would highly recommend him as a broker. Will Kim

About Brawley

Winter is the most wonderful time of the year in Imperial Valley.  No other place on earth has better weather in the wintertime.  Nights are mostly in the high 40’s with days in the high 60’s to mid 70’s.  And the sun shines almost every day.  Outdoor recreation such as golf, tennis, dune activities and hiking are high on the list of things to do during winter.  The great weather is also why the Blue Angels, the U. S. Navy’s Flight Demonstration Team , chose the Valley’s Naval Air Facility as it’s mid-winter training ground.  The only other places with comparable weather are the Palm Springs and Phoenix, Arizona, areas.  And that’s because they are in the same Sonoran Desert as the Imperial Valley.  But even when high summer temperatures arrive, residents find lining in Imperial Valley is pleasant due to well air conditioned homes and businesses throughout the area.

Transportation - The hub of air service is form Boley Field, the county airport, 12 miles to the South.  Direct flights to Los Angeles, with connection worldwide are regularly scheduled.  Union Pacific Railroad offers mainline service to Portland, St. Louis, Rock Island, Tucumcari and New Orleans for agriculture and industry.  Most industrially zoned sites in Brawley offer direct rail access.
